Indigenous Organizations
There are numerous organizations across Alberta that cater to the needs of the local Indigenous communities, offering services and support for anyone who needs them. Here is a list of some of those organizations. If you know of any others we can add to this databank, please feel free to contact us.
Ben Calf Robe Society
Our Children Are Sacred. Our work will strive to protect and enhance that sacredness by providing Aboriginal children and their families with holistic education, supportive social services, and programs of high quality and cultural relevance.

Canadian Native Friendship Centre
CNFC was organized to help Indigenous newcomers to the city with referral services and social and recreational programs. It was, and remains, a gathering place for meetings, social events, and community gatherings. Today, the Centre continues to provide cultural, recreational and social programming.

Métis Housing
We currently provide almost 900 affordable housing units across the province of Alberta in fourteen urban centres: Bonnyville, Calgary, Cold Lake, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Lac La Biche, Lloydminster, Medicine Hat, Peace River, Red Deer, Rocky Mountain House, St Paul and Slave Lake.
